1gram cosmetic grade synthetic pastel color-shifting pigment
Rose Quartz shifts between a vibrant pink/orange to golden green over black, and shows up light blue with a pink sparkle over white. Watch the video to see how this pigment shifts when burnished over different colored backgrounds, or mixed into duraclear high gloss varnish!
*I do my best to represent the shift in pictures and video!*
